I really need to start building my wine rack for our cellar, because 28 gallons of wine = 140 750 ml bottles of wine.
It's a bit more problematic for me, kegs are easy, they all go into cold storage in a chest freezer converted to run at 38-40F. During fermentation, it goes wherever it will fit. There's 5 gallons fermenting on top of my dresser in the bedroom right now, another 5 on my kitchen counter. The next batch has to go in the closet. LOL
