No...no no no...I specifically asked Tiberius if it was merely about expression or enforcement. He suggested it was about freedom of expression.
So fine, if it is freedom of expression, then someone can hang a sign "whites only" on his hospital. If a black goes in and tries to purchase treatment and the owner refuses because he is black, then the black man can sue the owner and win in a court of law.
..that is NOT what Tiberius supports...
He has clearly said that if the racist doesnt want you in his establishment, then the cops SHOULD come and enforce his racism by jailing the black man for refusing to heed the "whites only" sign. When asked if he would break out the hoses and dogs if blacks joined together in a group to enter a "whites only" restaurant, he had no problem with it "depending on how violent they are".
You see, there is a BIG difference between freedom of expression and official state enforcement of that expression. Tiberius SUPPORTS the official enforcement of racism.
THAT is why I call him a supporter of racism.
