The video I posted above is pretty self explanatory. If you have 15 minutes to spare then give it a go it's pretty educational. The subject discussion of this thread isn't limited to the matter discussed in the video I posted but also extends to the general idea of owing or even being held accountable for returning that which was taken. If you did watch the video you'll actually realize that even Hitler one of the worst people the world has ever known or even one of the best examples of what NOT to do will comparatively seem like rainbows and giggles..
PS In case you're wondering why I posted this in the political section rather than the history section, although the discussion is grounded on the history of our world the driving force of the discussion will be political imo.
