Seems that some people think there is, at least as many people that believe they should have a right to forgo vaccinations. How are we to decide which of these two are talking out of their ass, or both, or neither?
I would imagine it is the side that makes up an imaginary right to health in order to decide when they can tell someone what to do with their bodies. The very inconsistency of such a thing with pro-choice and consent is so fucking obvious as to be a slap in the face.

That is entirely different. In that situation, two adults are agreeing to exchange bodily fluids. This is almost guaranteed to result in transmission of the virus if precautions are not taken. However, I would not expect anyone to just tell me they have AIDS for my benefit. It's none of my fucking business, unless I plan on swearing a blood oath or having sex with you. So, the one specific someone, yes. The former, absolutely fucking not. It's none of your business if Tommy or Tammy up the street has AIDS. Absolutely none of your business.
