Not in the scope of the discussion. Thank you for admitting you decided to go on a tangent about abortion, which was not what this article was about. It was about using the fear of 'ABORTION!' to cut programs that have little to nothing to do with.

You're right. It was an unsubstantiated opinion, as common as an asshole is, not a comment projected from an ethics standpoint. My mistake for ascribing something higher level to this sentence:
"Well, in my opinion, abortions are not ought to be paid for by the state, unless they are necessary in cases of life threatening pregnancies, or in which the baby is severely disabled/disfigured/mentally retarded."
And no comment to the psychobabble.
