I have always wondered why these programs do not offer tubal litigation or vasectomies to the public as an option. These procedures are on an out patient basis, and do not require too much time off of work.
Mammograms to me are a torture devise, to some woman they have been a life saver and caught the cancer early. With the fight against cancer as strong as it is, another will most likely step up to the plate and offer mammograms.
The pap smears well, hell they make every other OTC detection kit, I cannot see why they can't make one for this also.
It brings to mind is univeral health care a better option for the United States?
