Well tiresome or not I live here and I feel the same way. The GM bail out was brilliant and far too many of my fellow citizens are pretty damned dense. There are trade offs to everything but I definitely don't think we have the best form of government by a long shot. And whatever we're doing to develop and educate the general electorate is not working. Sorry about that but I think its true. You probably do too, Cinjin. You just don't like hearing it from outside our borders, but hell they have to put up with so much from us I think they are at least owed an apology from those of us who realize that .. whether or not the example of their own governments are perfect or not.
