Maybe I'm getting my cretinist lobby groups mixed up. I was thinking of the infamous contract thing which participants are required to sign, the one that says that if reality and the bible are in conflict, then it's the bible which must be true.

The Heritage Foundation is the one that does a lot of the Republican business de-regulation type fact and statistic manipulation. You know like climate change denial, etc..
