She has entered mania. It's an attack, it generally goes on for a while, and then stops.
Just keep the lights open, give her some coffee to drink.
Don't close the lights, nor keep her close to places like drawers, or long corridors.
It might be great to open the TV, or let her spend some time on the computer.
You could play street fighter.
That is the best advice I have heard beyond dropping her off at the hospital. Breakdowns can last for several months, but they typically pass. It doesn't sound like she is insane. It sounds like she is paranoid and has anxiety.
I recently did a huge project for a client involving studies for clinical uses of marijuana. Anxiety is a tricky one. Very few people react well to marijuana when they have anxiety. It definitely works for some, but I personally wouldn't use it as a treatment unless she was under observation.

Now, now, anxiety doesn't make you abnormal. Also, it tends to strike women in their 20s the hardest. Therefore, it sounds like it got to her, not that stopping weed changed her. Furthermore, tolerance for weed can change, particularly if a chemical imbalance arises.
Cannabinoids work through the body's endocannabinoid system, which is located throughout the entire body. There are even receptors in your digestive system. There are many active cannabinoids in your average weed stash. If one is more than the other and that one happens to be the one she reacts poorly to, you'll be up shit creek without a paddle. This is why medical cannabis dealers breed that shit. They can tell you what it contains and what it doesn't contain. Your garden variety dealer can just tell you how fucked up it will get you.
