You can always trust the internet for some good ol' medical advice from the slightly informed. For me it looks like a bunch of people around a roulette wheel telling each other how they know which number is going to come up. I say bet on black but realize that there is also red and green that could come up. I think Niacin can be used to abort a drug experience gone wrong. Good luck with your spin on the wheel.
