I believe your experience was real to you. However,it is neither reasonable nor rational to expect others to believe without proof.
Generally speaking,people who claim to have had visions are considered mentally unwell. So far,everything you have posted has reinforced that impression.
However,none of us here is a psychiatrist. Even if there was one here, there is insufficient evidence to make a clinical diagnosis,in my opinion. So we form a strong 'lay impression' which may well be wrong. For your sake, I sincerely hope we are wrong.
