I will lol and lol and lol if, a hundred years from now, the fundy-controlled states are back to nineteenth century technology, their crime rates continue to lead the nation, their taxes are still out of control, they're dieing of various diseases because they stopped vaccinations, and they cry and cry because they can't figure out why Jesus isn't helping them. . .

Seriously, if all their goals passed, that's where they would be. In some ways, I hope their laws do pass- just so they can be reminded why humanity started choosing science over their way in the first place.
