It is illogical because you first state that there is no explanation, and the go on to try and give it an explanation. Things that are unexplainable do not have explanations (by definition).
Just because you cannot think of a way that it could have happened without God doing something, does not mean God did something.
There have been documented cases of cancer disappearing spontaneously. A book published by William Boyd in 1961 estimated that 1 in 100,000 cases have spontaneous remission. This number could well be interpreted as a "miracle", but given that miracles by their definition defy the natural order of things, it should first be concluded that spontaneous remission isn't just another part of nature that we do not understand completely.
