That's not possible, the stakes have been made clear and the understanding of the message of Christ is simple. Besides I personally do not believe that you are so dense that you can not have the understanding of a child.
Wc Wrote:After all, do you accept Satan is more than capable of snatching away the message from powerless sinners or perverting the news of the gospel so they find it unappealing and abhorrent? Do you accept some people are weak in body and soul and they cannot sustain faith in Christ for very long in this world?
There are those who fall away after hearing the gospel, there are those who receive the word and fall away, however they do not have to, it is their choice through free will, Satan can tempt, he can not rob. All are weak in body and soul, we need nothing more than to allow Christ to be our strength.
Wc Wrote:It is fair they fall away too? No!
Who?
Wc Wrote:Why didn't god make us all more powerful than the devil and give us all the same level of faith? Again, according to your theology people are pulled on the wide highway straight to hell and god's doing nothing to widen his ridiculously narrow turn-off.
He gave us the same level of faith, it's not His fault you decided not to use it, Satan was created with more power than man, that's why God gav us prayer to unleash His power in our behalf. Scripture tells us that we choose the road, there is a reason the road to destruction is wide, all the different way of sin. The road that's narrow is so because Christ is the only way to travel it ,and it can't be traveled with a load of sinful baggage strapped to ones back. The narrow road is easy to travel with Christ.

Wc Wrote:Exactly my point, he stops loving them after they've exhausted their appointed x number of chances.
He gives up. He's a quitter. Some god you worship.
God does not stop loving, you will have to prove that through scripture, it's you that implied He stops loving and scripture is the only place you can search to prove your point. If God was going to stop loving, why would he offer salvation to them, even though He foreknew their rejection of Him.
God's not the quitter you are the one that quit on Him, even though He knew you would reject Him, He still offered and you rejected again and again. He may not be through with His offers.
GC Wrote:]Nope, I could keep them coming but your reply will just be the same.
Wc Wrote:You're probably right there. There's no such thing as a perfect message or parable. Jesus' supposed "teachings" aren't exactly a magic-bullet for penetrating sin, otherwise there would be no sinners or fallen creation.
The message and parables are perfect, it is a hardened heart that keeps the message out.
God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.
