Civilized society can say that it's wrong. That's the rule of law. Laws exist for reasons (most of them). "Objectively wrong" has nothing to do with it.
What a minute, not so fast. No one can say murder and rape is objectively wrong, is that what you're telling me? All one can do is state their personal opinion influenced to them by others in a society? Hmm...
