You know Cin, with all the different translations and interpretations, anything can happen. Be sure that there will always be some idiot willing to claim that he has interpreted the 'right' message in the chicken entrails, oh sorry, the bible and say that his god is perfect. So, it's not about an alternate ending, it's about the True Christian™ -ending.
