God knew the fall was going to happen, so yes this is part of His plan, would He prefer the fall never happened, yes, but God knew with free will in the plan that the fall would happen. There's an apparent contradiction in the bolded section.
Let's say that you could see into the future. You see something within the next 5 minutes that e.g. will be lethal to your well being. In all your power, you would try and avoid it right, because you would rather not go through that. Well, by the same token if God would have instead not have us suffer, then he can't be all-powerful because he didn't prevent that from happening.

SNAKES DO NOT HAVE VOCAL CORDS LIKE HUMANS. THEY CANNOT THINK LIKE HUMANS
AND FYI the story makes it a BET between god and Satan which makes the the Adam and Eve characters INNOCENT PAWNS.
Adam and Eve are mere poker chips in a bet. You want to buy such a bullshit story, I cant stop you. But not only is it just a story, it is an immoral story that makes pawns out of innocent people who had no say or knowledge of what they were being used for. That is not consent, that is treating a human as an object.
I think you completely don't understand that if the Christian god is real, then yes, that snake did infact have a few words to say.
Just giving you some advice to better engage in discussion....
