Oh, one last bit of advice. Best way to deal with and hopefully avoid hangovers is to drink plenty of fluids. Hangovers are largely a result of dehydration as the alcohol molecule binds in place of a water molecule, leaving your body dehydrated. (Or so I've read.) (My brother, ostensibly, used to drink cooking oil before going to parties so that he could drink more. I don't know if that actually worked, but that's what my parents said. I can't imagine drinking cooking oil just to drink more and avoid a hangover. If anyone has info on whether this is folklore, let me know.)

Hangovers are the result of dehydration. Want to avoid them all together? Drink something non-alcoholic for every alcoholic drink you consume. Whenever I don't do this, I get my ass kicked.


Lol@Brian. She had one beer. In my experience, Lilly is very responsible with her money, so I'd bet she'll be responsible in other areas of her life. Furthermore, her life is her own business. Lecturing her will do nothing but make you look like as ass who knows everything because he's older. Age without mindfulness does nothing but keep you wrong longer! Lilly is silly, but mindful. She has been through a lot in her short years and she's emerged with wisdom and humor.
