Yes I meant that in the sense that they terrorize their neighborhood. Terrorism is the systematic use of terror as a means of coercion. There are many forms of terrorism but ultimately they all put the life of people in danger for reasons that are completely irrational. People live in fear in neighborhoods that are controlled by gangs. Just as people live in fear in neighborhoods that are controlled by the Taliban.
As for closed mindedness. I'm only going to agree with something and change my view of something if someone can give me a good reason to do that. I'm not wishy washy. If I believe in something I believe in it. I don't just change my views on a whim. There is reason behind killing child molesters. They can NOT be reformed. They go to jail and get out and do it again..and again...and again. It's best for society to kill them so that no more children will have to suffer at their hands. Same goes for serial rapists. FACT: We already have welfare for poor people. They already get free health care if they have kids. Fact: They are lazy and won't work as long as we keep giving them freebies. Do you live in America? If so where have you been hiding? Free health care will NOT work in America. If it passes then you'll find that out. The FACT is we don't have the money as a nation to pay for everyones health care!!! I don't watch Fox news because they always seem to take the Christian perspective of things. Quit assuming my views come from TV. Marx lived in a completely different society than what we live in today. Poor people in America have it better than ever before. Look at our country and the things we have! People in trailer parks still obtain computers, ipods, have cable tv, clothes, and cars. We have homeless people but if you are homeless in America with all of the freebies and programs that we have for poor people then you just don't want a home or are too immature to keep one. I know some really poor people and they get free food, their kids get free medical care, and the government pays for their heat in the winter and a portion of their rent. None of these people that I know of that get those services work or want to work. So what if someone has to pay money for their medical treatment? If it were free they would find that not so many people would be interested in providing medical care. The biggest reason people become doctors and nurses is for the money. You can't cling to ideas from people who lived in a different reality than we live in today.
Oh and I had no idea who Franz Fanon was but I looked him up. Apparently one of his inspirations was Malcolm X. Have you any idea who that man was? He was in prison for a while. After prison he became a Muslim but quit that and formed a Black racist hate group. Anyone who draws any influence from Malcolm X is certainly not anyone I care to adopt any ideas from.
