No, that quote was picked to entice the hypocrites to join in.
No, by what you have posted you are using those verses to defend your opinion, sorry but those verses want cut it. Scriptures were never written to defend themselves nor God, you're on the losing end of this stick. However Matt. 5: 17-20 does say that they will all be fulfilled and by the One you claim is not our Savior.
God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.
