I think it all boiled down to the "policy" thing with you. Had you read the article and taken my comment in context, you would have seen that I am talking about changing shitty policies, not facilitating international crime.

I think what this boils down to is you having an agenda and looking at anybody that doesn't share your agenda as incompetent or otherwise flawed.

And given that in the very example you cite, Wikipedia states that in half the theaters in which Dyncorp was involved for which there were incidents, employees were in fact fired or forced to resign for their conduct, I suggest the person with reading comprehension problems is you.
