Let me guess - you heard that in some cannibalistic cultures, human flesh is referred to as "long pig" and drew your conclusions from there.
I've heard the "long pig" reference before, that could be where I got this. But it might have been an interview with Dahmer or some other cannibalistic serial killer... I had a morbid fascination with that sort of thing in my teen years.
