We have the same problem.Many are Americans. (I kid you not)
We solve it by bunging them on off shore concentration camps until we can deport them. They are of course presented with a bill for the cost of their detention.(really)
The rate of recovery of such monies from Middle Eastern refugees is low. This may be because they have the inconsideration to starve to death, become collateral damage of American bombs or because few Taliban training camps have Western Union Branches.

Really? I'm thrilled to hear that. --Even though Han Chinese women especially can be stunning,I've never seen more beautiful women anywhere than some of the Eurasian women I saw in in Singapore. (apart from Australian girls course)
