And well, the point of this forum is not to gain converts.
Just as calculus, physics, or chemistry are something that is true and not a cult with an axe to grind - quite unlike the various mutations of the Jesus cult - so atheism is not a cult, doesn't care for converts, and does not have a cause.
If you are contemptious of wishthinking and wish to get a view of where things really stand, uncertainties and all, you may wish to study calculus, physics, chemistry, and you may wish to dispense with wishthinking theism and become by default and atheist.
If you are not, then we certainly would not be even a little bit poorer in anyway without you. And we should part company.
