I imagine it would be akin to the amplified dying howl of a goat/sheep/dog/joe pasquale hybrid designed through a series of genetic experiments to find the worlds second most annoying sounding animal.
They only aimed for second because any scientist hoping to retain his credibility will openly concede the top spot will always belong to Sarah Silverman and any attempt to knock her off will be inevitably doomed to failure.
