If you won't give any rules on which alignments make it work, then they can't prove you wrong.
Unlike God, however, I cannot prove such a fairy-elephant is imossible to disprove either.

Again, you say that there's 'certain proof' that god exists, but I have never seen so much as credible evidence, let alone proof. If god cannot be detected, then how can we assume that he exists? How can god, an infinity, come from nothing when the universe supposedly can't? The statistical probabliities of that should be enough, the refutation of countless arguments for his existence (god-of-the-gaps, prayer study in my previous post, etc.) are almost overkill in my opinion.
