US jobs better than previously thought.

The U.S. economy likely created 386,000 more jobs in the 12 months through March than previously estimated, the Labor Department said on Thursday, news welcomed by the White House as President Barack Obama campaigns to win re-election.

That's 386,000 over 12 months, so about 30,000 a month - not much of a change. Meanwhile the Q2 GDP growth for the US was just revised downward from 1.7% to 1.3%, and durable goods orders dropped by 13.2%.
