Actually, I think that is an excellent idea, it would be fascinating to see what over the years the name one ended up with. It is also a nice idea that one can get up in the morning and the first thing to do is find out what ones name is today, sort of like the ancient idea that the universe is born afresh each new day. Mind you if it caught on the world would be full of people complaining I had not misspelled their name, and that they had been stuck with the same old name for years. Oh and think about having to come up with a new name for everyone you know each day. If somebody proceeds with this experiment they would have to keep it quiet rather than let it catch on.
