The question is how does the reason provided do away with all doubt about the day of Resurrection? For example how do we know we won’t die and move on to another world with a totally different body as opposed to being resurrected?
At most, this verse would be showing how it’s rational to believe it’s possible for God to raise you again. However, it does nothing to prove it beyond shadow of a doubt.
Religious texts don't do away with doubt by providing reasons! Is that what you thought, silly? They do away with doubt by telling you to shut your mind and simply believe whatever they tell you.
For example, in the verse you posted, what is effectively being said is "If you are doubting resurrection, then don't, because I'm telling you not to. And since I'm telling you that I can do all this other shit (which you already believe) any doubt about resurrection should also be completely removed."
