Personally, I'd say that AF is a whole lot more relaxed than TTA.
Not that I'm here to argue with you but I'm sure that if on here you repeatedly called an admin a 'cunt' amongst other things, publicly in another users thread then you'd have far more than a neg rep to show for it.
It's going to depend on the context.
