I think I can answer this, as I spoke to Tiberius a bit about the rule change after it was made. Of course, staff will correct me if I am wrong, but it's not disagreeing that is the problem. The problem is "rudeness." In this case, that means being mean, really. Adrian put it somewhere here or in the rules as being welcoming. I guess it is kind of like disagreeing with someone who is a guest in your house. You do it politely.
