Once again, it doesn't matter, our society has been trained not to stand up for its self. Those strike won't matter, and after a week people will lose interest and go back to not caring.

Sadly, you're probably right. I'm still hoping this all comes to a head just before the election and fucks Romney over. Even if he strike only stays in our minds for a few weeks, the right timing could cause it to have a HUGE impact. It's even possible Walmart will cave just to prevent to much bad press on their part and help prevent pro-labor candidates from gaining more votes because of it.
