Well in this case, they are indoctrinated and in are a double think. Christians and Muslims in general appreciate other humans for what they are, but at the same time, feel the other humans are condemned. They praise for being good, but at the same time, condemn them for being unjust. One of the reasons is that something in them judges other humans by an objective standard of good, that is unrelated to indoctrination. Their respect comes from that. Their disrespect comes from indoctrination.
Sometimes the indoctrinated totally forgets about his religious teachings, and perceives other humans as if they don't exist. In fact, I would say most Christians and Muslims are of this type.
However the ones that go on forums, have to hear, from the indoctrinated disrespectful ones, constantly judging and perceiving through indoctrination lenses. They then begin to see through that.
Majority of Muslims don't read Quran over and over again, to be reminded of the unjust state of disbelievers. They forget about it.
Case in point, my dad was telling me the other day, that he believes God won't judge people upon what they believe. Simply upon their good actions. It doesn't matter what religion you are or if you have no religion, the only thing that is required is your good actions.
I didn't want to break to him that Quran shows that God does judged based on beliefs, so I just let him be. It also feels better, because this way he still respects/honors me.
Most Christians also don't judge humans to be "evil" "sinful" and believe you can be a good person. I hear from them all the time talking about how to be a "good" person.
They don't buy into this you need to be cured from sinful nature. They also see good in other humans.
Reality is the more religious are the ones preaching on forums and have the loudest mouth. It doesn't represent society.
So I would say they do see something wrong from us from their indoctrination glasses, but at the same time, respect us from their human lenses. And most people have their human lenses on most of the time. And very few take on the indoctrinations glasses constantly.
