Anti-christ appears only three times in the bible in reference to non-believers. Nowhere in the bible does it say the anti-christ will arise.
Maybe you're referring to 'the beast'. However, said beast had a pretty crazy appearence as described by the bible, so if it were trying to take over the world, it'd be impossible to miss.
