Certainly, you are not suggesting that one's appearance has anything to do with wether they hold their faith in themselves, or in an imagined being, or even wether they have faith to begin with? 
There are other physical sexual denominations that would be listed under 'other' (EG, hermaphrodite)... and 'undisclosed' simply means that the person desires no special treatment that unfairly might come from others knowing this knowledge.
How can we know that said tomato is not the greatest genius currently present in the universe? I do not appreciate the horse analogy... o.o but I'm not going to grill you too hard just for acting stupid
