Bull - fucking - shit!!!! Care to educate the masses as to why you went from Genesis 2:18 to 2:23? Probably not since you found it convenient to skip them in the first place. Allow me the privilege:
2:18 - God recognizes that Adam is lonely so he promises him a help meet.
2:19 - God doesn't create Eve, his all knowing ass creates the beasts of the field and fowls of the air and allows Adam to give them names.
2:20 - After continuing to name everything Adam still doesn't see anything he likes.
2:21 - This is where God nicks a rib, although it says he closed the would. Why the creator of the universe can't take a rib without opening the flesh is beyond me, but at least the fucker sewed it up.
2:22 - Poof, Eve.
Let's put this in perspective. God recognizes Adam's lonliness (perceptive genius, knowing that Adam is the 'only' fucker on Earth). The cunt then tempts him with beasts of the field and fowl of the air for a help meet (your book, not mine). To Adam's credit he says, "Fuck Off", even though he took the time to name everything and was likely convincing a sheep to look at the view from the cliff.
Lion IRC, you can take your original Hebrew and shove it up your ass. Your fucking book clearly states that, regardless of the original definition, your god tempted Adam with all other land dwelling vertebrates and meant them to be a help meet before creating a woman as a help meet.
