I actualy really like the French, both our cultures French - German) are very conected and we share a great lot of history with each other.
So furthering the franco-german releationship of post world war 2 friendship is very importent to me.
But since they have elected Hollande, they are becoming weird.
Their fiscal policy is nonsence, and they dont seem to get it.
But what really pissed me off today, was the massive participation in todays anti-homosexual protests all over France, after a bill will be voted on which could legalise same-sex marrige and gay-adoption on a federal level.
It throws me back into my (sterotypical) thinking of all catholic european nations, as backwards hopelessly conservative dumps.
