OK! as long as it's done by some barely certified, laid off filing clerk between jobs with a healthy pension for abuse of power and an hidden leaning towards lite sadism.

You do realize that >50% of humans through out history have embraced Kings, Warlords and Clerical dictatorships and permitted most vile abuses, right?

When you stop and think about it, this modern world is but a sliver away from The Old Ways.

How can you not expect the majority of your peers to embrace and yield a system similar to the tyrannies of days long past?
