Then you're a sick person, with sick thoughts. On the other hand I could be desensitized to violence and I may be the sick person.
Violence is not abnormal. It pervades every aspect of our lives. The very meat you eat experienced an act of violence to bring it to preparation.
I see no problem with constructive, functional violence in our lives. Although that too must be balanced and not taken overboard.

If I google in english language, I mostly am directed to american based sites ranting about "negative effects" without eaven showing any studies on human behavior to actualy prove anything.
You americans and your neurotic puritan set of values. tz tz tz.
Europe loves Sex!

As well it seems stupid that you call Americans puritans when it's the US porn industry that holds the lions share of the revenue and production worldwide compared to the EU. And even in the EU, the reliance on actresses is primarily exploiting east-European women.
Probably because west-European women are too prudish? But perhaps this was an innocent mistake.

In terms of the science, it's difficult. Because people who use porn excessively often self-report as if they are normal. Just like people who smoke self-report that their fitness is normal.
There is no measure of health to compare to, and it's embarrassing for these people to self-report dysfunctions in their lives. And then we have, as you noticed, the ideologues in the debate. The crazy activists.
So it's difficult to find good science. Look for the citations in the following links:

Researchers are also saying that the field of non-drug addiction studies is fairly new, so it's challenging. But these claims are being made by academics and professionals.
Not shitty Americans, those people you hate so much.
