I don't think you can back up the argument against masturbation Biblically - the closet the Bible gets to condemning it is condemning pornea, pornea means (basically) sex acts outside of sanctioned marriage. Anyone who claims otherwise can't back up their argument.
There's actually a bit of controversy over the meaning of pornea. It's not clear anymore what it means exactly. The best translation of it I've heard is simply "sexual immorality."
Same with the word that has been traditional translated as homosexual. That word isn't clear to many scholars anymore either.
