What common expressions do you hate?

I hate it when people say "hits the nail on the head."

What expressions (if any) do you dislike?

Common sayings I hear almost daily:

"We didn't evolve from no monkeys!" or "If we evolved from apes why are there still apes?"

Of course, with the size of my mouth, I have to give them factual evidence which is ultimately futile. My faith in humanity is fleeting.
