I am sorry but I did not get it. If I had, you wouldn't have responded with "huh"? So maybe better clarification would have helped on your part.
You are attempting dark humor, which I am not against, but when doing such timing and context and making it obviously clear DOES help avoid the very "huh" you are perplexed by my reaction to your "joke" about a very real event where very real kids died.
So instead of swirling your finger around your head thinking I am crazy, maybe you need to consider your delivery, otherwise I had understood it was mere humor, you wouldn't have gotten the response you did.
My joke had nothing to do with the kids. You said "rooftops" and I immediately thought of the chimney sweepers dancing on the rooftops and signing and shouting.
The joke I thought was appropriate to compensate for your emotional reply to my meme. A meme which was in the immediate context of recent threads such as this: http://atheistforums.org/thread-16255.html
