Ok, both of those gifts are things God can do, and has done for others. The part about "anyone", at anytime, I have never heard of. Usually God heals some and others remain sick. I have prayed for my self and remained sick, yet healed another instantly. But there is nothing impossible for God. I will pray that God will reveal himself to you in such a way that it leads you into a powerful healing ministry. I will pray he imparts both gifts you have ask for to you.
