I understand that ALL meat slaughtered (to the above mentioned standards) has the "blood" drained out (if it didn't I wouldn't have any "Blood and Bone" for my garden!)

To my knowledge the correct method of killing the animal wasn't taken in that video. For example he sharpened his knife in front of the animal. And slaughtered the animal next to others even though The prophet (peace be upon him) taught Muslims neither to sharpen the blade of the knife in front of the animal nor to slaughter an animal in front of others of its own kind.
