You guys are taking it out of context. Very poor way of interpreting the messages in the Good Book. But on the bright aside, you are taking time to read the Bible, which is a good thing.
You said that God doesn't make mistakes but, staying with Noah, why did God make the mistake of specifying an ark which was far too small? Oh, and why did He give man dominion over all the animals and then, much later create a law against eating some of them, and then change His mind yet again and rescind those laws? Oh, and what about the other 600 laws He made and then changed his mind.
Oh, and why is it a good thing for us to read The Bible if we are incapable of interpreting it?
