North Korea Aiming Nuclear Test Towards US

Judging from what I know about North Korean history, my guess is that if North Korea ever tries to make good on its threats, and the US does anything to defend itself, Kim Jong-Un will most likely run to China for help and they'll probably diplomatically resolve everything until the next time Kim Jong-Un decides to break some law.

China just loves North Korea even though North Korea is essentially causing them the most headaches of any other nation on the planet.

Yeah, once upon a time, they were actually fairly competently run to the extent that in their early years, they were even better run than China, but that all went down the crapper after the collapse of the USSR; China's propping them up is pretty much (for lack of a better word) a legacy, and they're pretty much the only reason that North Korea has anything, so without China's help, they'd be even poorer.

Interesting thing; even in China, there are a lot of people who are beginning to realise that North Korea is more trouble than it's worth, ranging from support for a Korean reunification (under the South Korean government, of course), to comparing the Chinese officials to a spoiled child, and now they're on record as saying that if North Korea starts something, they won't get involved; only if they're invaded first.
