America has been giving gas everytime the previous administration made a foreign policy pronouncement.
But, yes. The future of Russia and Saudi Arabia is not bright. But on the benefit side, both US and China would become more self-sufficient, and this less likely to cross eachother going after resources and transit rights in their own countries.
