That celebrety is probably only used as an excuse by these people to "justify" their behavior in public to gain attention. And I may add that I personaly knew someone who did this, and claimed to do this for a completly different reason.
You're not the only one to live with someone who has cut themselves. So have I. I almost lost two of my best friend due to wrist cutting.
And yes, there will always be those who will seek attention with hurting themselves, that doesn't make it any less pathetic.

I don't know, nothing is holy to me when it comes to jokes. Humor is a way to get past the horrible crassness of the world and being able to get over it by laughing.

I knew it was because of that. If they had seen him snort coke or drive drunk I might have understood it a bit better, but for smoking a doobie? That's sick. I think that anyone who resorts to such behavior is manipulative and definitely in need of psychological help.
When I was young, there was a god with infinite power protecting me. Is there anyone else who felt that way? And was sure about it? but the first time I fell in love, I was thrown down - or maybe I broke free - and I bade farewell to God and became human. Now I don't have God's protection, and I walk on the ground without wings, but I don't regret this hardship. I want to live as a person. -Arina Tanemura
