Only when he was incarnated as Jesus Christ otherwise he wouldn't have a physical form you can see. I suppose he still would be incarnated as Jesus Christ seeing as Jesus flew up into heaven, or outer space as it would in fact have been but they didn't know about that at the time. Heaven was up in the sky you see. So the answer from the Christian perspective is yes he definitely would, and it would be circumcised. In the middle ages Christs foreskin often turned up as a holy relic but the Catholic Church did away with those in the 19th century.
