I can`t figure out how to put pictures on here

I suggest that you make a Photobucket account (or something similar), because if your FB privacy settings are that people who aren't your FB friends can't see your photos, no amount of img tags are going to help. But the principle is this:

It's really easy to share via Photobucket, they offer the link with img tags, so all you need to do is copy+paste.
